Here’s what I want to accomplish this month:
- Read two books.
- Go to the Hamptons for a weekend getaway with my friend Arielle.
- Finish month two of BBG!
- Write a tearjerker maid of honor speech, find a sentimental wedding present, and go to DC for Lara’s wedding!
- Meal prep once a week.
- Make lunch every day.
- Walk at least 5,000 steps a day.
- Have a pool day in New Jersey with my friend Jess.
- Workout at least three days a week.
- Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays.
And here’s what I accomplished last month:
- Read two books. (I read My Name is Lucy Barton, Wedding Night, and Searching for Sylvie Lee.)
- Go to trivia with friends. (Yes!)
- Start BBG again. (Yes!)
- Drink more water. (Yes!)
- Meal prep once a week. (Yes!)
- Make lunch every day. (Yes!)
- Walk at least 5,000 steps a day. (Yes!)
- Plan a fun July 4th celebration with friends. (Yes!)
- Workout at least three days a week. (Yes!)
- Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays. (50/50)
