Juggling school, some freelance writing, a social life, and working out has made the months fly by so quickly! I’m a little late on the game to this one…but here is what I want to accomplish this month.
- Stick to my skincare routine.
- Eat mostly gluten-free and dairy-free.
- Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights.
- Write at least 7 Forbes articles.
- Continue BBG round two.
- Go apple picking, pumpkin picking, or on a hike.
- Get 8 hours of sleep a night.
- Read at least one book. (I’m reading Marriage Vacation)
- Meal prep and pack lunch and snacks every school day.
- Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week.
And here’s how I did last month.
- Go to grad school. (Yep!)
- Eat mostly gluten-free and dairy-free. (Yep and I think eating mostly dairy-free is much better for my skin!)
- Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights. (50/50)
- Write at least 7 Forbes articles. (Yep!)
- Continue BBG. (I finished BBG round 1 and started round 2!)
- Watch less TV. (I watched a few movies but tried to be better about not streaming TV shows forever.)
- Get 8 hours of sleep a night. (50/50!)
- Read at least one book. (I started two books that I didn’t like and couldn’t finish, which is very rare for me. I read With Malice.)
- Meal prep and pack lunch and snacks every school day. (Yep!)
- Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week. (Nope, I wish I did but I have a lot of work right now and I’m prioritizing school and freelance work!)
