I have always been intrigued by meditation, but I haven’t committed to practicing meditation regularly. I’ve gone to mndfl, read “10% Happier” and “Walk Like a Buddha,” and tried the Calm app…but I never started a daily practice.
There are so many benefits of meditation like decreasing anxiety, improving concentration, and increasing self-awareness and I’ve read about how it’s changed people’s lives. This month I’m going to try it out for myself by meditating every day for 30 days using the free Simple Habit app. I hope to also head to mndfl and Inscape in the city. At the end of the month, I’ll report back!
