This month, I’m going to focus on healthy eating. A friend gave me the book, “Go Clean, Sexy You: A Seasonal Guide to Detoxing and Staying Healthy” and I decided to do the 10-day detox for a month. (Minus the whole no coffee situation!)
I’ll be avoiding:
-Processed foods
-Added sugar
-Dairy
-Gluten
-Soy
-Alcohol
I’ll let you know how I feel after the detox.
