I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t been able to workout because of my slipped disc, because it’s cold and icky out, or because I stopped eating gluten-free, but I’ve been feeling icky lately. When I try total elimination diets like removing all added sugar, soy, gluten, dairy, and alcohol it’s difficult to stick to it and I usually end up slipping up. Instead, I am going to go back to gluten-free and add in no dairy this month to see if I feel better. I’ll follow up to let you know happens!
