I have been really enjoying cooking every day. I’ve tried new recipes and found new favorites for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One of my favorite breakfasts is yogurt or almond milk with granola. I also like eating granola as a snack or making toast with peanut butter and some granola on top. Here are 6 new granola recipes I want to try!
Homemade Apple Cinnamon Granola: This Apple Cinnamon Granola with dried apples, cranberries, walnuts, and pepitas from Fit Foodie Finds looks so great.
Peanut Butter and Banana Granola Snack Clusters: Peanut butter and banana is a winning combination! This recipe from The Simple Veganista looks so good. I wouldn’t have thought of mashing the bananas instead of including sliced bananas.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Granola: I loved cinnamon toast crunch when I was younger. This granola from Daisy Beet is a healthier version!
Chocolate Granola with Sea Salt: I love the sweet and salty combo! You could even add in pretzels. This chocolate granola with sea salt from Minimalist Baker looks so good.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Granola: I’ve been making a big batch of this peanut butter chocolate chip granola from Minimalist Baker (sans chocolate chips) once a week. I like having a handful for dessert with chocolate chips and a frozen banana. (A frozen banana tastes like an ice cream bar, but next, I’m going to try making it into Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream!)
Banana Bread Granola: It seems like everyone is making banana bread during quarantine and this is a fun twist on a classic! I’m going to make this banana bread granola from Minimalist Baker.
