April 2020 Checklist

I have a feeling we will be social distancing all month so I’ve shifted my monthly goals accordingly. Here’s what I want to accomplish!

  1. Work on publicity and marketing for “What Next?: Your Five-Year Plan for Life after College.”
  2. Read two books.
  3. Continue BBG Round 4!
  4. Cook all my meals and make at least three new recipes.
  5. Promote my new coaching and consulting services.
  6. Write at least two Forbes articles.
  7. Publish two Elana Lyn articles a week.
  8. FaceTime friends and family frequently.
  9. Keep a daily gratitude journal.
  10. Try three new at-home workouts.

How to Survive a Toxic Workplace

And here’s how I did last month:

  1. Work on publicity and marketing for “What Next?: Your Five-Year Plan for Life after College.” (Yes!)
  2. Read two books. (Yes! I read “There’s Someone Inside Your House,” “Fleishman Is in Trouble,” and “Regretting You.”)
  3. Continue BBG Round 4! (Yes!)
  4. Try a new restaurant. (Yes! I went to Emily Pizza with my oldest friend a few weeks before the city started shutting down.)
  5. Meal prep once a week. (Yes!)
  6. Make lunch every day. (Yes!)
  7. Eat 90/10 gluten-free and dairy-free. (No, I’ve been cooking all my meals and letting myself eat whatever I want.)
  8. Workout three to four days a week. (Yes!)
  9. Organize for 10 minutes a day. (Yes!)
  10. Continue my half-marathon training plan. (Yes!)
