Keeping a gratitude journal is beneficial for your mental health. Research has shown that it can lower stress levels, improve interpersonal relationships, increase generosity, boost happiness, decrease symptoms of depression for some people, and help you sleep better. The coronavirus pandemic has been difficult for so many people’s mental and physical health. I started sharing one thing I’m grateful for each day on Instagram Stories and I’m going to continue throughout the month and the rest of our social distancing time.
