December 2018 Checklist

Here’s what I want to accomplish in December.

  1. Cook two new recipes.
  2. Finish my first semester at Columbia!
  3. Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights. 
  4. Write at least 2 Forbes articles.
  5. Continue BBG round two.
  6. Spin 2x per week!
  7. Visit New Orleans.
  8. Read at least one book.
  9. Relax, it’s break!!!
  10. Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week.

And here’s how I did last month:

  1. Cook two new recipes from my new cookbook. (Yes!)
  2. Eat gluten-free and dairy-free 80% of the time. (Yes!)
  3. Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights. (Yes!)
  4. Write at least 7 Forbes articles. (No.)
  5. Continue BBG round two. (Yes!)
  6. Spin 2x per week! (Yes!)
  7. Visit London! My mom and I are going to visit my sister who is studying at the London School of Economics. I also hope to make a trip to Oxford because I studied abroad there and miss it. (Yes!)
  8. Read at least one book. (Yes!)
  9. Meal prep and pack lunch and snacks every school day. (Yes!)
  10. Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week. (No.)
