It seems like you can’t go on Instagram without seeing people writing about The Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines. Lately, I haven’t felt fit even though I workout multiple days a week. I fell into a rut of going to barre classes at the gym four or five times a week but haven’t seen results. I’ve been feeling really discouraged and decided to see if following a more structured plan will help. I just finished my first week of the BBG program and enjoy it so far. I kept my gym membership so I can up cardio on LISS days by going to spin class. I’m going to do the program for the month and, hopefully, will continue for the duration of the twelve-week program. I’ll also be focusing on continuing to eat healthier and follow the tips from the health coach.
