I have a feeling we will be social distancing all month so I’ve shifted my monthly goals accordingly. Here’s what I want to accomplish!
- Work on publicity and marketing for “What Next?: Your Five-Year Plan for Life after College.”
- Read two books.
- Continue BBG Round 4!
- Cook all my meals and make at least three new recipes.
- Promote my new coaching and consulting services.
- Write at least two Forbes articles.
- Publish two Elana Lyn articles a week.
- FaceTime friends and family frequently.
- Keep a daily gratitude journal.
- Try three new at-home workouts.
And here’s how I did last month:
- Work on publicity and marketing for “What Next?: Your Five-Year Plan for Life after College.” (Yes!)
- Read two books. (Yes! I read “There’s Someone Inside Your House,” “Fleishman Is in Trouble,” and “Regretting You.”)
- Continue BBG Round 4! (Yes!)
- Try a new restaurant. (Yes! I went to Emily Pizza with my oldest friend a few weeks before the city started shutting down.)
- Meal prep once a week. (Yes!)
- Make lunch every day. (Yes!)
- Eat 90/10 gluten-free and dairy-free. (No, I’ve been cooking all my meals and letting myself eat whatever I want.)
- Workout three to four days a week. (Yes!)
- Organize for 10 minutes a day. (Yes!)
- Continue my half-marathon training plan. (Yes!)
