It took a few months, but I have finally recovered from my slipped disc in my cervical spine. I miss BBG but I’m trying to stick to low-impact workouts until I get back into shape. This month, I am going to try to workout at least 3 days a week and do a mix of barre and spin. I’ve read that it is a good combination!
