May 2019 Checklist

Here’s what I want to accomplish this month!

  1. Read two books.
  2. Try two new recipes. 
  3. Write at least two Forbes articles.
  4. Graduate from Columbia!
  5. Meal prep once a week.
  6. Make lunch every day.
  7. Publish Elana Lyn at least once a week.
  8. Stay on top of email.
  9. Workout at least three days a week.
  10. Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays.

And here’s how I did last month:

  1. Read a book. (I read Bad Blood, The Woman in the Window, From the Corner of the Oval Office, and Need to Know)
  2. Try two new recipes. (Yes!)
  3. Write at least two Forbes articles. (Yes!)
  4. Go on a trip to Savannah with friends. (Yes!)
  5. Meal prep once a week. (Yes!)
  6. Make lunch every day. (Yes!)
  7. Publish Elana Lyn at least once a week. (Yes!)
  8. Stay on top of email. (Yes!)
  9. Spin three times a week. (Yes!)
  10. Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays. (50/50!)
