I can’t believe that it is almost the end of the year and the end of a decade! This year went by so quickly! This month, I am going to switch to a (mostly) gluten-free and dairy-free diet. (I have an annual holiday movie night with friends and will probably end up eating some of the holiday cookies and snacks we make!) I have been feeling lethargic and bloated the last few months and want to see if eliminating gluten and dairy helps since they are both known to cause inflammation. I have The Everything Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Cookbook and am looking forward to trying some new recipes.
