I am going to focus on being on my phone less this month. I’m already good about not having my phone out when I’m at meals or hanging out with friends and family because that is one of my biggest pet peeves, but I am on my phone pretty frequently when I am alone. I’m going to use the Screen Time feature to make sure I decrease my phone screen time.
To decrease phone screen time, I’m going to focus on:
-Not having my phone in the room with me when I’m watching TV or a movie.
-Not starting or ending my day by checking social media, texts, and my email in bed.
-Not being on my phone when I’m walking around the city.
-Not having my phone on my desk when I’m working.
-Not mindlessly scrolling on Instagram. (Instagram is the only social media app I have on my phone.)
