November 2018 Checklist

I can’t believe October is almost over! This month flew by! Here’s what I want to accomplish in November.

  1. Cook two new recipes from my new cookbook.
  2. Eat gluten-free and dairy-free 80% of the time.
  3. Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights. 
  4. Write at least 7 Forbes articles.
  5. Continue BBG round two.
  6. Spin 2x per week!
  7. Visit London! My mom and I are going to visit my sister who is studying at the London School of Economics. I also hope to make a trip to Oxford because I studied abroad there and miss it.
  8. Read at least one book.
  9. Meal prep and pack lunch and snacks every school day.
  10. Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week.

And here’s how I did last month!

  1. Stick to my skincare routine. (Yes!)
  2. Eat mostly gluten-free and dairy-free. (Yes, I feel better and my skin looks better if I eat like this…most of the time.)
  3. Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights. (50-50, I’m balancing school and some freelance writing…it’s a lot!) 
  4. Write at least 7 Forbes articles. (Yes!)
  5. Continue BBG round two. (Yes!)
  6. Go apple picking, pumpkin picking, or on a hike. (Nope!)
  7. Get 8 hours of sleep a night. (50-50!)
  8. Read at least one book. (Yes! I read Marriage Vacation and One of Us is Lying and highly recommend both!)
  9. Meal prep and pack lunch and snacks every school day. (Yes!)
  10. Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week. (Yes!)
