I can’t believe October is almost over! This month flew by! Here’s what I want to accomplish in November.
- Cook two new recipes from my new cookbook.
- Eat gluten-free and dairy-free 80% of the time.
- Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights.
- Write at least 7 Forbes articles.
- Continue BBG round two.
- Spin 2x per week!
- Visit London! My mom and I are going to visit my sister who is studying at the London School of Economics. I also hope to make a trip to Oxford because I studied abroad there and miss it.
- Read at least one book.
- Meal prep and pack lunch and snacks every school day.
- Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week.
And here’s how I did last month!
- Stick to my skincare routine. (Yes!)
- Eat mostly gluten-free and dairy-free. (Yes, I feel better and my skin looks better if I eat like this…most of the time.)
- Go to bed by 11 pm most weeknights. (50-50, I’m balancing school and some freelance writing…it’s a lot!)
- Write at least 7 Forbes articles. (Yes!)
- Continue BBG round two. (Yes!)
- Go apple picking, pumpkin picking, or on a hike. (Nope!)
- Get 8 hours of sleep a night. (50-50!)
- Read at least one book. (Yes! I read Marriage Vacation and One of Us is Lying and highly recommend both!)
- Meal prep and pack lunch and snacks every school day. (Yes!)
- Publish Elana Lyn posts at least two times a week. (Yes!)
