I’m a big fan of checklists and breaking up big goals into smaller, actionable goals. Here’s what I want to focus on this month! I hope this list inspires you to join!
- Continue BBG.
- Complete a 10K!
- Write 5 Forbes articles.
- Work on a BIG project!!!
- Publish one to two posts a week.
- Go to a Six Degrees Society event.
- Read at least one book. (I’m reading “When Breath Becomes Air” and “Saints for All Occasions”
- Run a few times a week.
- Go to bed by 11 on weekdays.
- Eat gluten-free and vegan.
And here’s how I did last month!
- Finish BBG Round 3. (Done!)
- Complete a duathlon. (Done!)
- Pitch and get published in at least 1 new publication. (Yes, Teen Vogue!)
- Write 5 Forbes articles. (Done!)
- Go on a few dates. (Yep!)
- Publish one to two posts a week. (Yep!)
- Go to a Six Degrees Society event. (Yes!)
- Read at least one book. (I read “Perennials” and “Hourglass.”)
- Go to more cardio classes. (I ran more to train for a 10K!)
- Go to bed by 11 on weekdays. (50/50)
