Has 2020 actually been 2,000 years? It feels like that since we are social distancing and spending so much time at home. Here’s what I want to accomplish this month, which will probably feel like a year.
- Work on publicity and marketing for “What Next?: Your Five-Year Plan for Life after College.”
- Read two books.
- Do Barre3 at least 3 times a week.
- Cook all my meals and make at least three new recipes.
- Promote my new coaching and consulting services.
- Explore Riverside Park.
- Publish at least 1 Elana Lyn article a week.
- FaceTime friends and family frequently.
- Go for a daily walk in the park.
- Go to bed by 11 pm.
And here’s how I did last month.
- Work on publicity and marketing for “What Next?: Your Five-Year Plan for Life after College.” (Yes!)
- Read two books. (Yes! I read The Two Lives of Lydia Bird, The Right Swipe, and The Wives.)
- Continue BBG Round 4! (Yes!)
- Cook all my meals and make at least three new recipes. (Yes! I shared them here.)
- Promote my new coaching and consulting services. (Yes!)
- Write at least two Forbes articles. (Yes!)
- Publish two Elana Lyn articles a week. (Yes!)
- FaceTime friends and family frequently. (Oh, yes!)
- Keep a daily gratitude journal. (No. I didn’t leave my apartment for 2 weeks, which I know is a privilege many people don’t have, but I wasn’t feeling very inspired. It was tough on my mental health.)
- Try three new at-home workouts. (Yes! I tried multiple Barre3 and Active by Popsugar workouts.)
