This sounds like an amazing workout and she is such an inspiration! My favorite quote is: “To get “skinny,” like it’s this Holy Grail of human achievement. What we should be talking about is what your body can do, and how it makes you feel. Can you run across a beach, carry a baby for miles, dance for hours at a wedding? Could you get your family out of the house in a fire?”
