August 2019 Checklist

Here’s what I want to accomplish this month:

  1. Read two books.
  2. Go to the Hamptons for a weekend getaway with my friend Arielle.
  3. Finish month two of BBG!
  4. Write a tearjerker maid of honor speech, find a sentimental wedding present, and go to DC for Lara’s wedding!
  5. Meal prep once a week.
  6. Make lunch every day.
  7. Walk at least 5,000 steps a day.
  8. Have a pool day in New Jersey with my friend Jess.
  9. Workout at least three days a week.
  10. Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays.

And here’s what I accomplished last month:

  1. Read two books. (I read My Name is Lucy Barton, Wedding Night, and Searching for Sylvie Lee.)
  2. Go to trivia with friends. (Yes!)
  3. Start BBG again. (Yes!)
  4. Drink more water. (Yes!)
  5. Meal prep once a week. (Yes!)
  6. Make lunch every day. (Yes!)
  7. Walk at least 5,000 steps a day. (Yes!)
  8. Plan a fun July 4th celebration with friends. (Yes!)
  9. Workout at least three days a week. (Yes!)
  10. Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays. (50/50)
