July 2019 Checklist

Here’s what I want to accomplish this month:

  1. Read two books.
  2. Go to trivia with friends.
  3. Start BBG again.
  4. Drink more water.
  5. Meal prep once a week.
  6. Make lunch every day.
  7. Walk at least 5,000 steps a day.
  8. Plan a fun July 4th celebration with friends.
  9. Workout at least three days a week.
  10. Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays.

And here’s how I did last month:

  3. Go to two spin classes a week. (Yes!)
  4. Drink more water. (Yes!)
  5. Meal prep once a week. (Yes!)
  6. Make lunch every day. (Yes!)
  7. Walk at least 5,000 steps a day. (Yes!)
  8. Stay on top of email. (Yes!)
  9. Workout at least three days a week. (Yes!)
  10. Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays. (50/50)
