5 Good Finds: May 2018

Last month flew by so quickly! Here are five of my favorite finds for May!

The RBG Workout: I’ve been doing The RBG Workout for a Business Insider article and it is so difficult! Now I admire Ruth Bader Ginsburg even more! She does planks, push-ups, squats, shoulder presses, rows, and more at 85-years old.

Sweat With Kayla: I went to a mini Sweat With Kayla bootcamp at Popsugar Playground and remembered just how hard her workouts are. I have been meaning to start up again but then I started training for half-marathons. After the workout, I decided I’m definitely going to start this month. (Wish me luck!)

The Royal We: Confession: Ever since I wrote an article about gifts that I’d get Prince Harry and Meaghan Markle, I’ve been fascinated by the royals. I watched the Lifetime movies about Prince Harry and Meaghan Markle and Prince William and Kate Middleton, both royal weddings, and a few different documentaries about the royals. I picked up The Royal We, which is basically fan-fiction about Prince William and Kate Middleton’s early relationship under the guise of the fictional couple, Prince Nick and Rebecca Porter. Instead of meeting at St. Andrews, they meet at Oxford and Rebecca is an American who is there as a study abroad program. I studied abroad at Oxford so I love reading about their time on campus and, of course, the fictional royal romance.

Gossip Girl: I just started watching Gossip Girl from the beginning again and it is so good. I read all of the books when I was younger and then watched Gossip Girl in my dorm room then sorority house every single week. So. Good.

Maman: I love the coffee shop, Maman. It’s beautiful, the coffee is great, and the cookies are delicious. They just opened a NoMad location and it’s gorgeous! I went for breakfast with my friend and highly recommend the Mediterranean bowl.
