30 Day Challenge: 8 Hours of Sleep Per Night

I always procrastinate going to sleep…then procrastinate waking up in the morning. I am way too fond of the snooze button and of scrolling through Instagram or doing meaningless things when I could be getting ready for bed. This month I am going to try to stick to my ideal evening routine — getting in bed by 10 or 10:30 pm and reading a good book before turning the lights off at 11 pm. Here’s to a hopefully well-rested and energetic June.
