5 Good Finds: March 2018

I can’t believe it’s almost the end of February! This month flew by so quickly. Here are five of my favorite finds this month!

Old Navy Rockstar 24/7 Jeans: I needed to buy new jeans because two of my favorite pairs of jeans got huge holes in them and were beyond repair. Instead of replacing my expensive jeans, I remembered that I used to have a really comfortable pair of Old Navy Rockstar jeans. I went to Old Navy and bought two pairs of Old Navy Rockstar 24/7 jeans that are so comfortable. They feel more like leggings than jeans but they look like jeans and aren’t baggy or too tight. Now I want to get a few more pairs like the Mid-Rise Rockstar Skinny Jeans in white and black and the distressed pair.

Old Navy ActivewearI love Old Navy’s activewear because it’s inexpensive, cute, and good quality. I tried not to go too crazy last time I went (even though I was tempted to buy a hundred different things) but I bought these compression leggings and activewear shirt that says “running on coffee” that I want to wear for the Shape Half-Marathon next week.

Otherland Candles c/o: Otherland sent me a set of their candles after I featured Red Antler’s co-founder on Forbes because Red Antler did their branding. (BTW Otherland’s branding is so good!) They sent me Rattan, Canopy, and Chandelier. My favorite is Chandelier, it smells light and floral.

Hello Fresh c/o: When Hello Fresh saw that my goal was to cook dinner three nights a week, they sent me a box of their vegetarian recipes. It gave me the perfect excuse to invite friends over for dinner, knowing I had recipes that were sure to impress, instead of going out. I fall into the rut of making the same thing almost every time I cook instead of trying new recipes so it encouraged me to make new things and the portions are also really big so I still had leftovers to eat throughout the week.

Physique 57 (c/o): I spent the month going to Physique 57 for research for a Business Insider article. The Physique 57 workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, seat, and abs to the point of fatigue then you stretch to relieve them. Their process, called Interval Overload, includes muscle-defining arm exercises, intense thigh and seat sequences, waist-chiseling ab moves, and fluid stretches. I did all of their class options including a core-focused class, advanced class, and a class focused on arms and glutes.
