30 Day Challenge: Morning Workouts

This month my goal is to workout five days a week and to workout in the morning. I love working out in the morning because it gives me energy for the rest of the day and means that I can make plans at night without worrying about the fact that I didn’t go to the gym. My plan is to continue waking up at 7:30 am and either go to a gym class or run at 8 am.
