I’m so excited to be writing for one of my favorite publications, Well+Good. I have always loved their actionable wellness news and content. Now that I’m writing full-time, I’ve been able to expand out of my career advice niche and also write about other things that interest me like wellness and beauty. I’ve always been interested in psychology and workplace psychology and am really happy to have a space to explore it. I wrote one of my favorite articles to-date for Well+Good. I explored ways that companies can be more supportive of mental health.
