After featuring Karena and Katrina, the founders of Tone It Up, on Forbes they invited me and a friend to the Tone It Up Tour. We had a great time working out and checking out the activities like the massages, braid bar, wish wall, the rosé garden, and shopping for Tone It Up accessories and apparel. It was so great to see the community that Karena and Katrina have created. People were so excited to see them and to meet with their Tone It Up friends— some that they were meeting IRL for the first time, some that had become best friends because of TIU, and some friendships that likely started at the Tone It Up Tour.
The Workout: We did a thirty-minute workout with Core Power Yoga, then a thirty-minute workout with Jillian Michaels, and a thirty-minute workout with Karena and Katrina. The energy was already high with the Core Power Yoga workout and the Jillian Michaels workout but it intensified with Karena and Katrina came on stage.
What to Wear and Bring: Wear tight-fitting gym clothes and sneakers and bring a yoga mat. They have a water bottle, towel, and more in the goodie bag.
What to Expect: Expect to have a lot of fun, be sore the next day, and meet other Tone It Up fans. You may end up with a new Tone It Up best friend or at least to beat your personal record of the number of burpees in one workout.
