The September 2017 Checklist

I’m a big fan of checklists and breaking up big goals into smaller, actionable goals. Here’s what I want to focus on this month! I hope this list inspires you to join!

September Goals:

  1. Use Runkeeper to train for a half marathon in October and stick to the plan.
  2. Run 2-4 times per week.
  3. Wake up between 6:30-7 am on weekdays.
  4. Continue to work on my big project!
  5. Write 5 Forbes articles.
  6. Read two books. (I just finished The Woman in Cabin 10.)
  7. Pitch at least one new publication.
  8. Wear my contacts and put on makeup most days of the week.
  9. Publish Elana Lyn posts three times per week.
  10. Run a 10K.

And here’s how I did last month:

  6. Read two books. (I read Small Great Things (c/o)and highly recommend it. It was one of the best books I’ve read in awhile.)
  7. Pitch at least one new publication. (Yes!)
  8. Do the VB6: Eat Vegan Before 6:00 to Lose Weight and Restore Your Health . . . for Good (Mostly…)
  9. Publish Elana Lyn posts 3 times per week. (Yes! I’m baaaaaack!)
  10. Run a 10K. (Yes!)
