The February 2017 Checklist

I’m a big fan of checklists and breaking up big goals into smaller, actionable goals. Here’s what I want to focus on this month! I hope this list inspires you to join!

  1. Take online classes
  2. Create a rate sheet for Elana Lyn
  3. Publish three blog posts per week
  4. Read at least one book (I’m currently reading The Regulars and have been recommending it to friends! It’s so good!)
  5. Go to bed by 11 on weekdays (I always go to bed too late…then wonder why I hit snooze.)
  6. Continue with Sweat by Kayla
  7. Continue to read my favorite newsletters (Broadstreet, The Skimm, and The New York Times Daily Digest) on the way to work
  8. Do more cardio by going to at least one spin or barre class a week
  9. Pitch one new publication
  10. Go to at least one Six Degrees Society event

And last month’s progress…

  1. Volunteer for Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Done!)
  2. Work on the design for my newsletter (Done!)
  3. Write three blog posts per week (Done!)
  4. Read one book (I read Movie Star by Lizzie Pepper, Good as Gone, Everything You Want Me to Be, and Build Your Dream Network: Forging Powerful Relationships in a Hyper-Connected World. Beach vacation = lots of reading!)
  5. Meditate at MNDFL (Done!)
  6. Continue with Sweat by Kayla (Done!)
  7. Continue to read my favorite newsletters (Broadstreet, The Skimm, and The New York Times Daily Digest) on the way to work (Done – and more important now than ever!)
  8. Pitch one new publication (Done! I pitched Contently because I wanted to learn more about the platform.)
  9. Use my Clarisonic three days a week (Done!)
  10. Pack lunch and healthy snacks (Done!)
