I’m a big fan of checklists and breaking up big goals into smaller, actionable goals. Here’s what I want to focus on this month! I hope this list inspires you to join!
- Take online classes
- Create a rate sheet for Elana Lyn
- Publish three blog posts per week
- Read at least one book (I’m currently reading The Regulars and have been recommending it to friends! It’s so good!)
- Go to bed by 11 on weekdays (I always go to bed too late…then wonder why I hit snooze.)
- Continue with Sweat by Kayla
- Continue to read my favorite newsletters (Broadstreet, The Skimm, and The New York Times Daily Digest) on the way to work
- Do more cardio by going to at least one spin or barre class a week
- Pitch one new publication
- Go to at least one Six Degrees Society event

- Work on the design for my newsletter (Done!)

- Read one book (I read Movie Star by Lizzie Pepper, Good as Gone, Everything You Want Me to Be, and Build Your Dream Network: Forging Powerful Relationships in a Hyper-Connected World. Beach vacation = lots of reading!)
- Meditate at MNDFL (Done!)
- Continue with Sweat by Kayla (Done!)
- Continue to read my favorite newsletters (Broadstreet, The Skimm, and The New York Times Daily Digest) on the way to work (Done – and more important now than ever!)
- Pitch one new publication (Done! I pitched Contently because I wanted to learn more about the platform.)
- Use my Clarisonic three days a week (Done!)
- Pack lunch and healthy snacks (Done!)
