It seems like you can’t go on Instagram without seeing people writing about The Bikini Body Guide by Kayla Itsines. Lately, I haven’t felt fit even though I workout multiple days a week. I fell into a rut of going to barre classes at the gym four or five times a week but haven’t seen results. I’ve been feeling really discouraged and decided to see if following a more structured plan will help. I just finished my first week of the BBG program and enjoy it so far. I kept my gym membership so I can up cardio on LISS days by going to spin class. I’m going to do the program for the month and, hopefully, will continue for the duration of the twelve week program. I’ll also be focusing on continuing to eat healthier and follow the tips from the health coach.
