Chia Pudding Recipe

This recipe has an energy boost supplement, but you can skip it or substitute your favorite protein or supplement. You could even use matcha in the recipe to get the same green color. It is a great idea to prepare some cut fruit for use during the week. This makes it easier to add fresh fruit and berries to your meals. If you are new to chia pudding, and unsure about the texture, put in the blender to make it smooth. You will love it this way, too.

Ingredients:

-2 cups almond, coconut, soy milk, or your favorite milk
-1/3 cup chia seeds
-1 scoop greens and extra energy (optional)
-1 Tbsp honey or sweetener (optional)
-Your favorite fruit and nuts

Instructions:

Combine all the chia pudding ingredients in a bowl, stirring well to combine. Cover it and let it sit for half an hour or overnight. The amount of time will depend on your chia seeds and how soft you like it.

Spoon into a glass for serving, add toppings, and enjoy!
