30 Day Challenge: Fitness


This month’s 30 Day Challenge is fitness! I love trying new gym classes and mixing up my workout routine so I wrote to ClassPass and explained my 30 Day Challenge series. They gave me a free month trial and I’ll be writing reviews of some of my favorite classes. My membership started at the very end of February and so far I’ve been to Steep Rock Summit, Bikram Yoga NYC, Row House, and FlyWheel.

One of my mottos for blogging is that I should blog about what I love to do and read. I think it makes it more authentic and more fun to read. I don’t focus on statistics or what “performs well” but instead I focus on what I love. I love reading Well & Good, and I love working out so this a perfect fit. 




This month, I’ll be sharing some of my favorite workout clothes and accessories, tips for tricky classes like bikram yoga, and lots of studio recommendations. I also just went to an hour and a half of bikram yoga so I am high on endorphins.

I’m excited!

  1. Love this challenge and I will totally be joining you in trying new classes this month (I wish I lived closer so I could actually go with you)! I’m heading to an hour and a half hatha yoga class today and I am so excited to start my week with something relaxing. Pilates is next up on my list of classes to try!

      I know! I love Pilates – you’ll love it. I’ve never tried hatha yoga. I’ll try it!
