1. One lemon
4. Minced garlic salmon

Put some olive oil on the pan so it doesn’t stick. Pour the juice from one lemon onto the fish. Add as much rosemary, thyme, and sea salt as you want. Broil the fish for 10-15 minutes (or less, depending on how well done you want it to be).
Put olive oil and sea salt on the brussels sprouts and mushrooms and roast at 400 for 35-40 minutes. Take it out of the oven and add parmesan cheese.
Serve with hummus and a slice of broiled lemon.
