5 Things to Do This Month: January, 2015


1. Text or email three friends from college: I said that I’d be better about staying in touch. This month I’m going to text or email at least three friends from college that I don’t speak to regularly.

2. Try a new workout class: I get into a workout routine and hardly even change it up. I’ve found so many classes I like by trying them once. I need to try something new this month. I really want to try aerial yoga!

3. Watch a classic movie: I love classic movies. There is something nice about making popcorn or hot chocolate and watching a classic. I’d love any recommendations!

4. Go to bed at 10:30 pm: This is something I’ve been meaning to do for months. I want to try going to bed at 10:30 pm (or earlier) every weeknight for a week. I think it will make it so much easier to get up in the morning.

5. Wake up at 6:30 am: This was my 30 day challenge last month, but I want to continue this month.

  1. Trying new classes is on my list of to-do’s as well. Ariel yoga sounds like fun. I wan to try a SoulCycle class this month.

    This are great ideas. I’m trying to do number 1 too. I find after I graduated, I lost touch with so many great friends.

      Thank you! It always goes right back to normal when we get together but I should do a better job at staying in touch on a day-to-day basis!
