City Guide: 48 Hours in Southampton, Long Island

Over the weekend, I went to the Southampton with three friends. It was so much fun to spend the weekend relaxing by the beach and the pool, having long dinners outside, and strolling through town. We mostly ate at home so I don’t have too much to report about restaurants but here are a few recommendations and easy weekend outfits.

The Village Gourmet Cheese Shoppe & The Golden Pear: Stop at these places for coffee, breakfast, and lunch!

Southampton Farmer’s Market: Stop here for flowers, honey, jam, and fresh produce! While you are there, go for a walk in the Parish Art Museum.

7 Ponds Orchard: We went here to pick raspberries and to buy fresh produce for dinner!

I love the Hamptons! I grew up on Long Island in Deer Park. Have not been there is years, but when I do come home, I try to get out there, if only for the day. I currently live in Newport R.I.
